In a typical day, we as Human beings involve ourselves almost 70% of our time only exhibiting soft skills, in terms of Communication, decision making, converting conflict into cooperation, Problem solving, negotiating, developing people, valuing and engaging with people, goal setting, giving feedback, coping with change etc., and the remaining 30% towards Hard Skills. Therefore, Soft Skills are such valuable tools which when properly utilized can make a positive impact in the life of Youngsters and Future Leaders of Corporates. Unfortunately, sharpening the skills, of this major part of our daily activity, does not feature in the curriculum at any level in our Education/Corporate system. Growing youngster, and Managers, find it extremely challenging to survive and thrive in this competitive world.
Keeping this in mind, it is believed, that the composition of the Soft Skills modules, under the Leadership Training page, are one of the better ones, if not, probably the best. Such behavioral based modules have a long term positive impact on the students/Employees, thereby improving the overall effectiveness of the quality of their life be it personal or professional.
