Ever since the mid 80s when he finished his higher education in the reputed institutions of Madras Christian College and Madras School of Social Work, he has been known and revered for the way he speaks to, and, with people. His career has seen him skyrocket to new heights with every passing year as he has a wide range of experience in working for different organizations, like Manufacturing, Consumer, Engineering, Automobile, Garments, and BPOs with workforce span comprising from 900 to 10,500 employees, Even before he could become an entrepreneur, - in his different roles as a Corporate Executive, he has transformed the lives of many Employees through his effective Facilitation skills, which in turn, helped him grow to become the Head of Employee Engagement– for a large Multinational Bank, - it is people who inspired him towards excellence. In return, he educates, and inspires people, while touching their lives.

These were some of the reasons why Celestine also exceled in his close to a decade-long role as a Part time Faculty for Post Graduate students in the Department of Social Work at Madras Christian College – Chennai – India Celestine has also run flagship products for students and Faculty in the Education Industries. In one such breakthrough initiative, he partnered with the Vice Chancellor of major university along with a consortium of 5 other organizations, and the CII to design and implement the Post-Graduate syllabus on soft skills, across its colleges and run a TTT for its Faculty members.

His gift for interpersonal interactions and passion for motivating those around him, led him to become a specialist in Soft Skill Training. He has been trained on various behavioral skills, topics under the Bullet Proof Manager course conducted by Crestcom International – www.crestcomInternational.com - USA. He has to his credit more than 10,000 hours of conducting training programmes across Geographies for a diverse group, which includes students, teachers, government staff, Medicos and corporate employees.

His top 5 strength, according to Gallup’s Strength Finder test, helped him reach greater heights by becoming a certified Facilitator for conducting Bullet Proof Manager (BPM course) – Chennai Chapter for the 2015 – 16 batches. His passion for Training, and, hard work, helped him to secure a L1 average rating of 4.75 in a 1 to 5 scale, according to the ASTD evaluation.
